on our family owned and operated Christmas Tree Farm & Event Venue in south Skagit County

OUR TREE FARM

20 wooded acres, three tree fields, one pond, one glamping tent, three rustic outhouses, a warming shelter, all shared with a variety of wildlife (except the outhouses we hope).

Our choose-n-cut Christmas tree farm and event venue is located on twenty acres of woodland, spread across three separate and unique tree fields, on the south side of Big Lake in Skagit County, Washington. The Christmas tree farm was started in the early 1970s and we are thrilled to continue the tradition of being family owned and operated. In 2022, we were approved for tiny weddings and events (50 person max). We look forward to sharing our farm and all its beauty and magic with you.

CHRISTMAS TREES

2023 TREE SEASON

We will be open only two weekends for the 2023 Christmas tree season, starting the day after Thanksgiving: Nov 24-26 (Fri-Sun), 9am-4pm; and Dec 1-3 (Fri-Sun), 9am-4pm

SUSTAINABLY GROWN
U-CUT CHRISTMAS TREES

We have noble fir, nordmann fir, grand fir, norway spruce and douglas-fir (with fraser fir coming soon)—all scattered throughout our three tree fields. Grab a saw (available at any one of our fields), find your tree, and cut it down. All Christmas trees are measured and priced by the half-foot.

HOT APPLE CIDER
& CANDY CANES

We have locally-sourced hot apple cider from Cedardale Orchards at our lower field sales shack. Grab a cup on your way in, or while your tree gets shaken and wrapped. On your way out, everyone gets a candy cane (or stick) made with real peppermint oil. Plus a dog treat for your canine friends!

WREATHS, ORNAMENTS
& GREENERY

With our tree farm surrounded by woodland, we are overflowing with winter greenery. Buy a wreath created by Mossy Gate Flower Farm using our own greenery, or take some greenery to make your own. We also have handmade ornaments from local artists—start your collection now!
